Can I rent the bar overnight?

Our rentals are typically for 6, 8 and 12 hour rentals, if you’d like to book a multi day event please inquire for special arrangements through our event form

Do we provide our own booze?

Tiki Bonita does not provide or serve alcohol. You must source your own coordination with a licensed liquor vendor, see our recommended vendor list here. Tiki Bonita carries both general & liquor liability insurance but WE DO NOT carry a liquor license.

Can I rent a frozen cocktail/beverage machine?

Yeppers. Check out the add-on section of our rental page! Our Vacation Station has two chambers for you to serve tasty frozen beverages of your choice, you must provide your own beverage mixes.

Can I move the tiki bar?

Nope, sorry. Once Tiki Bonita is parked it is necessary to keep it stationary, in that exact spot unless otherwise approved or negotiated.

Will a staff member be on-site?

Tiki Bonita will ensure that a staff member is in the general vicinity in case of a tiki emergency. We’ll be sure to provide contact information upon delivery to your venue.

Is a bartender going to be serving the drinks?

Tiki Bonita does not provide bartenders or alcohol, but feel free to check out our preferred vendor list to find the perfect vendors to complete your party planning!

Is there a travel fee?

Great question, travel is included for all events that take place within a 60 mile round trip to and from Colorado Springs. For events further than a 60 mile round trip, a $2 per mile travel fee will be added to your invoice
